  • Are you a travel agent/travel agency?

    No. AQ International is an itinerary customization service. Think of us like a friend who is interested in travel and is looking to help you out— because that's exactly what it is. 

  • Why do you not list your rates?

    Itinerary customization is complimentary. Additinal services (booking airfare, hotels, revising an existing itinerary) are extra. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    All credit cards and transfers that go through PayPal are accepted.

  • Why do you ask for donations?

    Itinerary customization is complimentary. This is a small business that is based on word-of-mouth. All donations help to fund the basic upkeep of the website, and help our specialists out — like paying for coffees and meals.

  • Why do you charge a fee for information that can be found online?

    Itinerary customization is completely free. It's up to you whether or not to follow the itinerary curated for you (or not).


    Making reservations using our services is optional. There is nothing you will be charged for unless you request a service outside of itinerary customization.

  • Can we collaborate?

    If your brand ethos aligns with us, we will be happy to look into future collaboration opportunities. Email us your info.

  • I don't see family travel listed anywhere. Do you offer family or child-inclusive itineraries?

    We are happy to help customize an itinerary that can be utilized by one/multiple parents who travel with children. Our travel style quiz will go over all your details and requirements. Our specialists will create an itinerary based on your answers and specifications. 

  • You mention dark tourism— what does that entail?

    Some people are fascinated by places historically associated with death and tragedy. Our goal is not to exploit the people that have died or survived in these places — but to help educate and try to understand what led these dark human events to unfold.

  • What types of budgets do you accommodate?

    Some people like to travel on a tight budget, while others want to splurge when they have a chance— our itineraries are customized to fit your budget. We can also factor in the use of credit card points, hotel rewards, and mileage programs that can help offset the costs of flights and hotels. 

  • I don't know if I am affiliated with a credit card and/or a rewards program. How can I check? Does that matter?

    If you are interested in using credit card points or hotel rewards in your upcoming itinerary, a specialist can go over the details with you after finding out which specific programs you are affiliated with, or would possibly consider signing up for to help offset different costs associated with your trip.
